LAVENDER - WHERE DOES IT COME FROM?

The beautiful plant of lavender is scientifically known as "Lavandula Angustifolia". Lavender has gained popularity in the culinary and cosmetic sectors. The plant is native to Northern Africa and the Mediterranean. It blossoms best in sunny and stony regions. Lavender's colors vary in different shades of purple and pink.
